Plant Maintenance: In-charge of complete plant electrical maintenance (Break-down & Preventive) of:
Cincinnati extrusion proton-75/proton-90/proton-120. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) solid wall pipe for pressure application up to 16 bars with diameters ranges from 25 mm to 630 mm and polypropylene (PP) corrugated wall pipe for gravity sewer application from 200mm diameter up to 1000mm. In addition the plant has in house capabilities to produce all types of related fittings to provide complete piping system solutions.
Continuous filament winding machines CW300/CW2400/CW3700 producing pipes of DN80 to DN 3700 with stiffness from 2500 to 12500 PASCALS.
Centrifugal casting machine CC1600 producing pipes of DN 500 to DN 2160.
Electrical-sub station: Handling of 13.8 kV incoming comprising Merlin Gerin SF6 Breakers a closed loop system of 7 units @ 1000kva, 13.8-11.0/0.40kv ABB SAHARA series out door compact substation with 3-way RMU(SF6 insulated ring main unit compact switchgear) and 8-low voltage outgoing circuit of 5Mva total connected load.

Erection and commissioning of independently developed odd length cutting and grinding station with pipe rotation motors with variable frequency drives.
