My responsibility in the company was initially to streamline all factory operations of Kanpur and Jammu and to integrate the operations of the two units so that they function as a single unit. Have mapped the complete operations of the company in flow charts, recorded KRA’s ( Key Responsibility Areas) and standardized and recorded all formats and reports. The company is in the implementation mode of those systems which I evaluate and modify by visiting every two weeks. Now all my efforts are to increase the sales of company from 230 tons to 400 tons which is the capacity of the company by way of appointing at least one distributor in a state and promoting its sales to converters. The company is in expansion mode and by 2010 my vision is to achieve sales of 1000 tons per month.

To develop the Laminate market from current 10 tons per month to 100 tons per month.
Developed the PUNJAB region from 10 Tons to 25 tons per month with regular visits to the region.
