Strategy Planning/ New Set ups
Responsible for overall profitability of operations & accountable for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organisational objectives.
Designing & executing systems & processes for enhanced monitoring & control of resources & improved operational efficiency of each section in manufacturing units.
Designing and development of new products and mould.
PPC/ Manufacturing/ Engineering
Planning & executing production operations in coordination with the other functions.
Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.
Scheduling material procurement plans and ensures optimum inventory level.
Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining MIS/ reports for facilitating decision making by the management.
