Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Store Manager to oversee inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in storekeeping, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations including storage, dispatch, and inventory management.

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.

Monitor inward and outward stock movement to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Manage store organization to optimize space utilization and efficiency.

Implement inventory control measures to avoid overstocking or stock shortages.

Ensure timely replenishment of stock based on production and sales requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.

Implement and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse.

Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workload distribution and task execution.

Work with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and deliveries.
