Job Description

To Ensure Productivity Of Each Equipment As Per Target
To keep all equipments healthy and productive
To practice required safety norms within the Manufacturing activities all the time withoout compromise
To maintain quality of the product within declared norms
To keep continuous focus on 4M and upgrade
To keep declared inventory always in stock by ensuring appropriate space management within the storage area and manufacturing area
Creating channel to transfer required skill in all operating personnel of the Unit
To co-ordinate with HR department for preparing Skill Matrix and to do competency mapping
To implement ERP Manufacturing module in every part of operational activities
To introduce the culture of working within the frame work of TPM, Kaizen in the organization
Inventory control
To ensure Zero customer complaints
To ensure Zero accidents in the unit
To maintain confidentiality for all formulations by codifications
Quarterly Physical verification of stock through Auditor with Max Difference 0.25%
Actual material consumption against standard recipes. Target zero deviation
Maintain Overall Power consumption up to 0.59 Units/Kg
Periodic addressal and resolve of Technical/IR/Other issues

Type of Experience Required: Currently handling the role of works manager

Skills Candidate Should Possess
Exposure to good management review practices, TPM / TQM etc
ERP - SAP working environment exposure.
Person should have techno-commercial exposure

Languages to be known: English and Hindi

Any other Criterion: For these position person is required to relocate with family. From any industry currently handling multi-product industry.
Bigger industry, not from small owner driven, candidate should be from proper corp culture. Stable person, not frequent job changes
