Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our PET Pelletizing division
This role requires an individual with a drive and passion for delivering results. We are a customer focused business and our culture is built on working together to generate successful outcome
Our new workshop manager should be someone who is able to demonstrate the following qualities:

Key tasks & responsibilities:
Production planning of all projects and tasks through the available resources across the whole factory.
Working to a planned schedule through all stages of the manufacturing process,
Manage skills and allocate staff to maintain optimum level of production including short-term staffing requirements.
Supporting the company with technical knowledge and quality assurance checks to meet the high level of standards.
Oversee the running of the workshop maintenance facility
Proactive Leader -Manage a team and delegate work and be safety conscientious
Ensure Compliance of workshop and equipment
Manage workshop Financials
Remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude, understanding the impact you make on all those within the business
Solution focused, able to work through problems to achieve results
Passionate about your work and delivering outstanding results
Continuously improving the operation and functionality of the factory

Qualifications & experience required:
Proven leadership skills with a track record that reflects the ability to maintain and grow teams resulting in a highly collaborative and
positive workplace culture.
Proven skills at resolving problems independently and improving outcomes for all stakeholders.
3 years' + proven successful experience in similar Workshop Management position.
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
English language would be nice, but its not a must have
A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
