Job Description

Understanding of Masterbatch types and identification of customers for each product
To set and to achieve the sales target on a monthly/quarterly /yearly basis
Managing receivables/collection targets
To identify new potential customers
Generate and qualify new leads
To service existing customers
Make sales call/respond to sales inquiries to new and existing customers
Maintain sales activity records and reports
Ensure customer service satisfaction; good client relationship and follow up on sales activities
Conduct market research and surveys
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
