Injection Moulding:
Planning and Scheduling of all Production operations related to machines, material as well as man power, for timely delivery of production Efficiently running 21 moulding machines 4 Thermo-forming Induction Seaming M/chi’s & Aluminum foil Sealing Machines.
Maintaining- the Production Target Efficiency, Machines (moulds health upto standard) & Process control
