After manufacturing the Jigs & Fixtures, inspection will be done by us and will be handover to Production Department.

Academic Project (M.Tech)
Project Title (M.Tech): Chemical Treated Banana Fibers & It’s Influence on Polypropylene
Nanocomposites: A Mechanical, Thermal & Modelling Approach.
Place: Central Institute Of Plastics Engineering & Technology, Chennai. Description: This project involves improve the Compatibility between Banana fibers and Polypropylene using Chemical Treatment (Maliec Anhydride treatment). This treatment will be used to modify the surface of Banana Fibers under suitable treatment parameters. After treatment, the banana fibers are reinforced in PP nanocomposites to study it’s Mechanical, Crystallization behavior, thermal properties and Product development & failure analysis.

Academic Project (B.E)
Project Title (B.E.): “Performance Analysis Of Surface Condeser In Thermal Power Plant”
Place: Vijayawada Thermal Power Station, Vijayawada.
Description: The project involves various maintenance techniques of Condenser system by using On Line Tube Cleaning system thus improving Condenser Performance & improving efficiency of Thermal Power Plant
