Developing complete injection mold design, right from layout stage to drafting and detailing of part drawings. Using Creo Parametric to develop entire mold assemblies in 3D environment, core/cavity extraction and producing part drawings.
Developing 3D models from concept designs, optimizing them for mold design, and product design validation based on proto-type sampling.
Using Autodesk Moldflow to analyze filling behavior of parts and resolving complications that may arise during actual molding.
