Projects Execution
Case Sub system ownership for 2012 BM refrigerator:
This program involves design and development of one of the most functional subsystem. Lot of interactive parts like Foam, harness and heaters are in place and the variations caused in Foaming process.

Responsibilities/Contributions
Tracker updations for the list of parts and their requirements for the Production
Creating concept for feasibility.
Capturing the variations.
Supplier engagement and cross functional team engagement with sourcing and PMQE.
Design check at periodic changes in the Top down Assembly Interference Actions is captured in P&A Items.

Harness Ownership on Case Sub system for 2012 BM refrigerator. 
This program involves design change of one of the most important subsystem case which also has harness design. In this NPI program we are introducing complete new design of case harness with new Connectors and Terminals.
