Taking Corrective action and Preventive action to minimize Nonconformities & Customer Complaint. Knowledge about production Improvement Tools.(7 QC tools)
Responsible for production and process activities viz planning as per load condition, targe Product assurance with optimum Quality. Process parameter controlling. Preventive and Predictive maintenance on routine basis in co-operation with many Departments. Implementation and maintaining 5’s in the shop. Production planning as per requirement.
