Job Profile:
Standard operation of production line by taking ownership of the machine compliance with all safety measure
Proficient knowledge in mould setting, monitoring  & control trouble shooting of  processing problem
Production of 20 numbers of injection moulding m/c.
Processing of GPPS, SAN, PC, ABS, PS, Rubber, Delrin, PP.
Rejection analysis
Daily production report, production planning
Machine Maintenance, Mould Maintenance, Hot runner moulds.
