Daily Plan entry in SAP.

Productivity Improvement
By technically study about Part design avoid some part catching issue and again provide some extra cooling channel, Cycle time reduce from 28 to 20 sec.etc.
On account of part shot weight and mold height of two molds are shifted from higher Tonnage to Lower Tonnage machine (55 to 25 Tons) which reflects Power consumption
By avoiding Premolding activity and reducing four stages out of eight stages which reflects 20% raw material consumption, 2man/shift saving, Machine production hours save approx. 96hrs/months as well as Power consumption by avoid pre molding activity, etc.

Human Behavior and its effect organized by previous company for 2 days.
Ergonomics organized by present company for 3 Hrs.
Behavioral Based Safety organized by present company for 2 Hrs.
