Controlling quality defect manually with the help of visual and instrument inspection checking daily production sheet and observe the problem which affected to Quality.
Assist to production engineer and solving internal NCR problems.
Collect the history data’s and making report with trend analysis about each quality of materials / NC’s and also drive the both Root cause analysis and CAPA for each vital / trivial NC’s. And calculate COPQ per blade.
Doing continuous improvement projects in process and making project reports Using – PFEMA, 8D, 7 QC Tools [SPC]( Quality Tools) with presentations to emphasis the ideas to authorized designers
Monitoring the production activities (Laying, Rimming and Closing)
