Production Planning-
Managing a 24/7 running Pilot plant, Extrusion and Injection molding process and leading a dedicated team of experienced operators.
Process control and troubleshooting of injection stretch blow molding (ISBM).
Provide technical support to manufacturing and Pilot Plant
Work towards achieving the timely research goals
Conduct feasibility studies in ongoing projects.
Interacting with various departments to follow up for the Trails and testing
Procurement, storage and distribution of confidential specialty additives required for the process.
Lead the efforts across documentation of production activities.

Characterization of the polymer alloys/blends to generate comparable data for evaluation
Incorporation Lab analysis data and prepare a comprehensive analysis report for each experiment according to their merits.
