Job Profile:
Responsible for trouble shooting during pipe manufacturing process and create root cause analysis report.
Oversaw production staff and ensure safe and efficient operation during pipe manufacturing.
Conducting training on the safe operations, care & maintenance of the equipment to trainees, including both staff members and worker.
Responding to trouble calls and performing on-site diagnostics and repairs till delivery of product.
Serving as a communicationlink between the management and the marketing executive to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
Sound knowledge of Environment Management system (EMS-ISO 14001:2005), Quality Management System (QMS-ISO 9001:2008) certification audit of production department. Knowledge of SAP IN ERP module.
