Preparation the salary calculation through ERP, Leave calculation, Pay Day’s calculation and finally processing payroll.
Responsible for the salary slip distribution and staff queries regarding their terms of employment, salary relative queries, leave relative queries etc.
Statutory payment calculation and Maintaining records of all statutory payment details (Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT & LWF)
