Description: - Repairing cost of C.P. Chain hoist reduce by quality circle, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) was reduced by adding electric signal announciator in all panels, making standards & proper management of required tools. Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) was increased by developing Gamba, Kaizen, Why-Why analysis & removed the problem from its Root Cause by doing Root Cause analysis. After implementation CLIT machine handed over to operator.
Reduce the cycle time of shot blasting machine (Vulcan Laval) by 45 seconds by rewiring the panel for auto operation.
Description: -  Cycle time reduce by in-house made auto opeartion panel.
Qualified to Step-3 of Autonomous Maintenance of Indabrator machine, BMD machine, Maus machine, Mecshot machine in year 2014-15
Description: - Identified white tags and red tags after their Why-Why analysis all the tags were removed by implementing Kaizens and One Point lessons (OPL’s)
Increase the MTBF of shot blasting machine’s bucket elevator by providing rotation control system. .
Description: - Bucket elevator belt of shot blasting machine broken when its buckets entangled with the elevator’s body. Provide rotation control system at tail pulley area of elevator so that when belt (ail pulley) will not rotate and will stop at one place the rotation control system will off the control power.
Replace LT side & HT side bushes, tap changer handle, explosive band gasket , HT & LT side terminal plate gaskets, head gasket of 1000 kva transformer. 
Description: - Leakage from LT side bushes, tap changer, so change the all gaskets of transformer,connection trminal.Done de-hydration/filtration of oil .  Tightening of all tap changing unit connection .
Troubleshooting of  motor starters, relay logic, PLC Machines (SIEMENS S7-200 & S-7 300) by software & visualizing Electrical Circuit Drawings.
