Job Profile:
Handling all production related activities- primary responsible for production and secondary for maintenance.
Verification of daily production process monitoring sheet and breakdown maintenance report.
Verification of daily rejection reports and root cause analysis.
Daily production planning and scheduling of mould, machine, raw material & manpower.
Advanced planning for timely executions of orders along with dispatch/marketing department.
Active participation to resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
Close monitoring and maintain OEE targets and breakdown % targets.
Analyzing other requirements like Jigs, fixtures and utility etc for proper functioning of production processes.
