Overall Equipment Efficiency above 85%:
Maintain OEE above 85% by identifying & eliminating the causes of machine breakdown's by taking corrective & preventive actions in order to avoid repeated downtimes. 

Defect %:
Maintain defect% less than 2.5%, to improve the productivity & quality of process outputs by identifying & eliminating the causes of defects & minimizing variability in process 

Process capability (Cp):
Maintain process capability constant above 1.33 by eliminating the causes of defects and minimizing the variability in process.

Man Power Handling:
Arranging the training sessions for the Workers, Machine operators, and Mould changers. Managing the man power as per planning requirements.

Trial: Arranging trial for weight reduction, Material compositions, & Product approval.
