Doing QRQC workshop to reduce PPM in moulding shop.average of 3 QRQC doing per month.Reduction In PPM from 12000 PPM to 3500 PPM achieved for the period of Jan 2012 to Dec 2012.

Moulding shop at a Glance:
The moulding shop is having 31 horizontal moulding machines and 5 vertical moulding machines which includes ARBURG, FANUC, BATTENFELD, NISSEI, ENGEL, DEMAG, LTM.
FCI Cochin is having more than 250 moulds with normal moulds, Hot Runners, Family moulds and mould with sub assemblies.
