Ensure that individuals are assessed by the Departmental Heads on their performance and training needs.
Individuals training calendar made & records maintained.
Organizing training based on the outcome of reviews.
Development and maintenance of a healthy & conducive work culture.
Work related to employments - identifying correct candidates, organizing interviews, etc.
Preparation of HR policy and SOP.
Preparation of salaries, PF, ESI Challans, submission of PF, ESI returns (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly). Calculation of gratuity.
Preparation & maintenance of job descriptions.
Ensure All Relevant Licenses Are Available
Maintenance of records for the licenses, submission of returns & renewal of licenses. Ensure that we do not fault on any of the statutory requirement of the land. The following list, though not exhaustive, has to be dealt with:
The Employees PF & Miscellaneous Provision Act - Form, PF challan, etc.
The Minimum Wages Act - Form for annual return and wage slip with details of earnings and deductions.
The Payment of Bonus Act - annual return, registers like commutation of allocable surplus.
Factory Act Form 4 - renewal of license, annual return, half yearly return, accident form, attendance muster, white washing register, health register, test reports of various equipment’s like pressure vessel, lift, hoist, ovens, dryers.
Prevention and Control of Pollution - air and water, D.G. Running, Storage of Diesel.
The Standard of weights and measures Act - stamping of all weighing scales.
Sec/Rule 4 - A for appointment letter.
Document Preparation, Administration & Maintenance

Ensure there is an accurate, current JD for each position.
Manage JD discussion & concurrence for all employees employed within factory.
Other Administrative Activities As Follows:
Maintenance of Garden.
Arrangement for meetings & seminars.

Housekeeping of plant.
Handling of all tele-communication related issues, stationeries and control IT.
Attending visitors to the reception and route to the concerned person. Ensure there is no unauthorized entry to the plant.
Booking of Accommodation in Hotel for employees and guest
Acting as in charge of facility management and involved in identifying, sourcing, coordinating and interacting with various vendors for procurement of office equipment, purchase of materials, items keeping in mind the price factor; responsible for AMC of all the equipment’s & service provider.
