We are hiring In-house Manager for our company.
Job Role - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Sources: Web Browsing, Directories of association, B2B Portal etc.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Manage the inside sales representatives team
Set and track sales targets for your team
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Build an open-communication environment for your team
Provide training to new hire.
Negotiate with client if required.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 3yrs Exp in B2B Sales / OEM Sales / Institutional Sales
Ready to travel Pan India
Location - Rajkot
Salary - Up to 45000 per month
Experience - minimum 5year & Ready to Traveling In Pan India
Education - MBA Marketing
