Working as Service Coordinator for Pan India customer complaints. Timely resolving of complaints.
Coordination of Water Tank installation services, getting their requirements, Preparation of Quotation, followup with customers, material dispatch for received installation order.
Inventory monitoring of Installation materials at store.
Arrange for quotations from vendors for required materials. Comparison of quotations, evaluation of received quotation and forwarding to purchase department.
New material purchase requisitions. Full fill requirements of field team for required materials.
