The Moulding Tool Has Been Designed Such That Both The Parts Are Produced In A Single Mould Known As Family Mould With Stripper Plate Ejection. The Existing Ceiling Rose In Market Is Manufactured From Thermoset Plastic Material By An Injection Moulding Process. Where As In The Present Design The Component Material Is Replaced Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (abs) Material Which Is A Thermoplastic Type.
