Job Profile :
Implementing necessary process control through PLC in the manufacturing of BOPP film.
Handling the shift independently and organizing manpower, materials and other resources efficiently to meet the day’s production targets.
Prepares and submits main line production report, material consumption reports and recycles plant operation report.
Monitoring, revestigating and troubleshooting the problem related to BOPP film and machines.
Co-ordinates with other departments concern in maintaining product quality and new product development.
Training and orienting and motivating newly hired team members.
Performs other related duties assigned by superiors.
