Responsible to drive the entire HR Function’s
across the Board for the groups operation in 9 countries including Dubai & Nigeria. I have to cater to the
diverse business interests of the organization and have handled “Recruitment, Employee Relations, PMS, Statutory Compliance and General Administration across all divisions and sub divisions (BU & SBU) for the
Organization on a Global sphere
My current profile requires me to presume reports on a daily basis on strategy and planning of
recruitment activities & develop present resourcing channels on behalf of the organization with frequent
travel to various locations across India and overseas. I play a stellar role in Talent Acquisition for the
diverse business interest of the organization and being a team member of the Corporate HR team directly
