Job Responsibilities
· Strategically project manages a variety of sensitive tasks and activities
· Handle trouble-shooting problems and product solutions for several clients.
· Develop and implemented several processes and procedures to increase
efficiency and output.
· Liaise among several departments in coordinating several engineering and
related tasks.

· Effectively determine Training needs, Sponsorship to training programs,

· Organizing In-Company Training Programs, Training Budget, Membership of
Professional Personnel, IR, and Legal & Liaisons.
· Oversea a variety of tasks including; Wage & Salary Administration; Time
Keeping Management; Personnel Management; Contract Labour Management;
Agreements/Settlements; Industrial Relation Management; Grievance
Managements; Accident Managements; Employees Welfare Managements;
Liaison with Govt. authorities, statutory Compliances; Handling Court Matters;
License & Registration under different Labor Laws; Disciplinary Actions;
Hospitality Managements; Waste Managements; Safety Managements; and
General Administration.
· Maintaining employees personal folders, leave records, Medical & LTA records,
etc.
· Discuss/negotiate and fix the employees salary at the time of Interview.
· Prepare employees Full & Final Settlements, Relieving Formalities, Exit
Interviews etc.,
· Supervise and take steps to control on absenteeism, excessive leave & late
coming, etc.,
· Prepare agreement with Contractors, Security agencies, Workers, Vendors etc.,
and also companys lease agreement, Valuations, Insurance, etc., work etc.,
· Obtain/ Renew/ Amendment/ Registration of Licenses under Factories Act,
Contract Labor Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Weights & Measures Act,
Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Explosive Department, DIC, NSIC, SISI,
DGS &D, BIS etc,
· Taking disciplinary action as & when required & issue show cause notices, late
coming notices, absenteeism notices etc.,
· Maintaining and upkeep all the fire fighting equipments and ensure the safety of
Factory premises and its assets.
· Negotiating with Civil Contractors/Fabricators for New/Extension work inside the
Factory.
· Monitoring of all Administration function like Visitor Management, Security
Matters, Conference needs, Provision of Tea, Coffee, Snacks, Lunch & Dinner for
Guests, Staff & Workers, Waste Management, Employee Welfare & General
Administration & Establishment functions.
