As Production Manager:
Production planning of the Woven sacks & Blown film Division According to the orders.
Planning Maintenance of the machines according to the Schedule.
Handling all the Spares of the machines & ordering the Spares Accordingly.
Planning daily dispatch schedules according to the order.
Checking all Raw Materials, Master batches and others stock and ordering accordingly.
On Line process handling of the products.
Preparing the monthly Production reports of all the departments.
Manpower handling of all departments.
Communicating with the customer’s regarding the orders.
Marketing our Product’s for the new customer.
