In 2005 began Product and application development role in LNP specialty products and acquired all specialty products responsibility over a period of 3 years. The specialty portfolio consists of Poly-ether Imide (Ultem), Modified Polypheylene Ether (Noryl), Specialty Poly Carbonate (Co-polymers) & Specialty Compounds (LNP).These product lines are specialty and niche in nature and needs significant value selling efforts and are sustainable once the value is clearly articulated and sold to customer. High Performance Products - (Specialty compounds (LNP) & Poly ether Imide - (Ultem): 
Pioneered the High Performance product portfolio introduction and grew volumes to over $5MM with above 50% contribution margin in two years. Responsibilities included product promotion, participation of exhibitions, application translations, training and supporting team on supply chain etc.
Took lead in application development for few products for EMI Shielding, conductive, low wear, 2 wheeler lighting, health care, document handling, consumer electronics etc
Resolved the technical design issue with Lubricated plastics at Nokia and upgraded application with $2.5 per Kg by price increase. $3MM
Specialty poly Carbonate (Lexan Copolymers): 
Grew the portfolio to $7MMs from the beginning over period of 2.5 years
This was achieved through significant manufacturing and QA capability enhancement at Baroda manufacturing site 
Upgraded the PCABS applications to Siloxane Co-polymers with close to $2 per kg vale addition
And low cost product line strategy for Indian market and application development focus
Modified Polypheylene Ether (Noryl): 
Led significant industry marketing efforts in fluid engineering and wire coating and grew the product line to 2300 tons
Introduced non halogenated wire coating solutions in India and established the value chain – $1MM

I was responsible for south regional sales with Primary focus to Automotive Business development.
Championed the key account management at Hyundai & Ford during Automotive manufacturing growth in Chennai
