Design, development and modification of sheet metal tools based on specific product requirements and continuous enhancement of the tools to improve their productivity and quality.

Designed and developed the manufacturing facilities and tooling to introduce 5 new refrigerator models, viz. 185 litres Magnacool, 230 litre and 270 litres frost-free, 185 Lt. Oxyfresh and 175Lt. Supercool at Electrolux.
Reduced downtime of press tools by 48% and vacuum forming moulds and PU Foaming jigs by a huge 85%.
Was successful in reducing the rejection rate in press shop from 0.5% to 0.1% and simultaneously increasing the productivity by 10%.
Design & manufacturing of condenser coil bending m/c, freezer boxes bending & crimping m/c which increases the productivity by 4 times.
Improved the design of door vacuum forming mould, successfully removing five operations in the production process.
Modified PU Foaming Fixtures to eliminate liner bulging, tabletop damage, fit finish, liner gap and foam leakage problems with 20% increase in acceptance rate of these expensive products, resulting in huge cost savings.
Improved the design of PU Foaming Fixtures achieving complete flexibility of loading plug in any capacity.
Fixed the innovative auto ejection arrangement for foamed doors on new rotary drum type foaming machine to reduce cycle time.
