Maintained the all Production and Quality documents.
To maintain SAP entries for Dispatch & MIS.
Check all SMP (standard molding parameters) and IIS (in process inspection sheet) for Blow molding & Assembly.
To analyze KAIZENS and POKA-YOKE in Molding & Assembly.
Use all QC tools as per requirement of tool, for solving the problems.
Check all Process Quality Documents which related to process of Moulding as well as assembly.
To motivate and train up all the subordinates.
To make Monthly MIS as per SAP Data.
