Having 70 Injection Moulding Machines ranging from capacity 60 Tons to 1200 Tons (CLF, Stork, Winsor & Chen Shong ) & 4 Blow Molding Machines (ASB International ).
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control, Material Selection for different items, System Implementations, Organising - Process Monitoring & Control, Process Data Freezing & ensuring all setting are as per Process Data Sheet. Daily Testing of Furniture, Crates & Pail Containers & Recording of test results, maintaining the same. Manpower & Resourse planning. Ensuring all items running as per Standard Cycle Time if not then Analyzing the Route Cause of the problem & Taking Corrective/ Preventive action. Utilizing the Optimum Capacity of all resources. Training of local people .

As a HUB plant for " Associate Producer " in Southern Region. Assisting & providing Technical guidance & taking reports from time to time.
