Job Profile:
Reporting to Sr. Production Manager
Ensure production as per plan & Dispatch follow-up

Also expertise in production planning, customer scheduling, productivity improvement, rejection analysis & waste elimination.
Prepare Graph for worker performance, machine performance time study for machine & instrument to increase machine up time 
Designing production plan, material planning and inventory control.
Personally monitor, analyze and control OEE for critical machines 
Reduction in PPM with the help of QRQC and training 
Making MIS report of production dep’t on daily basis.
Prepare Management Review Meeting [MRM] for consumable, raw material, plant utilization, machine utilization, rejection analysis.
Prepare Part [criteria] Development report according to customer Engineering drawing  
Trial of new development mold and prepare trial report with CFT Team.
Analysis and give suggestion of production defect to tool designer and mold maker to modify in mold in CFT Meeting.

Prepare SPC (Statical process control) for critical component.
