Achievement - I worked independently in shift as senior engineer with shift engineers .After six month I was promoted as TEAM LEADER for glass components (acrylic components) with four shift engineers for reduce the rejection of acrylic components from black spots. I was given a project to install acrylic machines in dust proof plant use air curtain, high pressure air circulation through ducts for reduce dust in plant. After complete this project, the rejection percentage goes down from 18% to 3%. After that I was shifted to PPC for moulding due to complain from customer about on time delivery matter. I was involved JPC (jay yusin productivity control) which was suggested by MPC Maruti.
