Responsible for implementation of BS 5750 (1993) then upgrade to BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994 and latterly ISO 9000 : 2000 Management Systems.
Managing a team of six Internal auditors, compiling annual audit schedule, ensuring schedule is maintained and corrective and preventative actions are carried out in a timely manner.
Working closely with BSI, arranging twice yearly compliance audits of the Management System and follow up of any Non-Conformances.
