Tasks:-Technical services work like attending to customer complaints, attending to customer queries on technical matters etc pertaining to injection moulding application
Ensuring effective coordination between the QA, R&D Team, Marketing Team and the customers for complaint resolution and new product testing
Indicators:-Number of Customer complaints/queries resolved
New product acceptance at customer end
Tasks:-Support in conducting trials on customer's machine wherever required and convincing customers regarding the use of our products.
Indicators:-Number of new products successfully commercialised
Visit to prospect customers (existing or new) for getting new orders
Tasks:-Meeting the prospect customer and collecting data for required product
Checking if the required product is existing with us, if not then raise request
Trial conducted at the customer end and feedback taken
In case of positive feedback, order taken from the new customer
Else product sent for re-development
Indicators:-Number of new orders received from existing / new customers
Manufacturer and exporter of color, white, black and additive Masterbatches and compounds for the plastic & fibre processing industries.
