Experience in plastics/polymer industry in marketing and sales of masterbatches,
additives and raw materials
Must have experience in blown film (Mono and Multi layer Films), non-woven and blow
moulding. Candidates with required experience will be given preference.
Experience of working under dealer/distributors of polymer will be added advantage
Candidate must have technical know-how of the products and sales and marketing abilities.
Candidate must be flexible in travelling all over India. Minimum 20-25 days travelling a month.
Must be hard working and focused towards learning and development

Lead Generation
Generating leads through internet, references and directories
Convincing customers on products technical and commercial details via mail, call and
through personal visits and creating data bank of customers for each product
Follow with customers for requirements till order confirmation and long term orders also.
Reporting to VP on specific needs of customers
Sending proposals and to conduct trials at customers premises
Resolving all technical queries of the customer and keep reporting head updated about
challenges faced and changes to be made in the product as per clients requirement
Resolve product related technical queries with R&D head
Responsible for all after sales service and troubleshooting
Taking orders and converting leads into potential customers

Assisting VP in branding and promotion activities
Market Research and Mapping:
Assist to conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and
future products
Assisting and conducting market research, customers surveys, competitors analysis, etc.
Presenting data and reports to management on market forecasts and trends
Reporting:
Daily Sales Report via mail and call
Making weekly sales report
