Tier 1:- Delphi, Wabco Subros, Schaeffler, Inteva, ICB, Valeo, MH, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with the customer in terms of getting new Vendor Code/RFQ Purchase order.
On receipt of the RFQ assure that all the main information are defined and intimated to the customer, negotiate offers with customers
Co-ordinate with internal costing personnel/making the Offer/Proposal for sending the Quotation to the customer
Ensure the follow-up of the dossier, in order to answer in time to the customer.
Co-ordinate Internally and externally with development team for sample approval & negotiate
Study the evolution of the market, trends, specific events to study the competitors and market scenario and submit the report
Provide monthly MIS data for review.
Ensure customer visits at the plant are managed in terms of information, plant visit, processes, products etc.
Study the price trend of the market and present the report to the management for increase or decrease of the product price.

Identification and entry in new product lines.
Ensuring Delayed payments are cleared (monitoring monthly payments)
Penetrating in Targeted strategic Customer
Weekly Task:
Ensure sample submission to the customer for approval as per commitment.
Provide Induction training to the new Joinee
Submit weekly customer visit report
Monthly Task:
Ensure receipt of all the schedules as per the business plan and analyze the gap and increasing share of business.
Search and update the general information on the situation of the market/competitors
Bi Annual/Yearly Task:
Preparation of Business Plan to understand the strategy and further growth of the company
Prepare documentation for TS/ISO
Prepare customer visit planner and follow the same
Studying Target Markets and defining strategic customer
