Attendance Management : Maintain daily attendance of the employees and also check day to day overtime.
Leave Management : Maintain the leave record, Mark the leave as per company policy.
On boarding : Induction of new joinee, complete Joining formalities of new joined employees & Maintain the records of Employees (master) . new code generation of new joined employee.
Payroll Management : Prepare the monthly salary and overtime calculation.
Recruitment : Hiring candidate as per department requisition, design the job profile as per requirement. follow up shortlisted candidate and conduct the interview.
Exit Formality : Prepare the FNF of left employees as per company norms.
