Handling single screw extruder of R-R Technology
Handling 3 nos. of Extrusion Crafts extruder with water ring.

Installation and commissioning of Extruder Line:
Member of cross functional team, responsible for carry out Installation and commissioning of Polymer Extruder Lines; 3 Kneader Base Lines (750 Kg/Hr) and Feeder base Line (600 Kg/ Hr, with provision of 2 side Feeder of Filler addition).
Team also responsible for establishing working parameter and provision of interlocks for safe working of human being and equipment.
Hazard identification and Risk assessment (HIRA) of new activities involved during project and normal operation of Line.
Installation and commissioning of Material Feeding system (Ktron) .
Automation System Installation and commissioning for Fluidized Bed Dryer.
