a) Setting troubleshooting of the injection moulding process & assemblies, also training the operatives ,Zap leaders regarding the same.
b) Optimising the proceesses for quality & quantity ( Output).
c) Planning & control of manpower.
d) Plan the moulding production & assembly production according to Kanban.
e) Decides Mould sequencing based on stocks, Kanban & Despatch plan given by CSG''s.
f) Ensures moulding & Post moulding operations.
g) Educate sub ordinates about the quality requierment of the product & works towards achieving zero defects.
h) Identify quality issues , trace the problem & solves it.
i) Ensures 5S,SMED,Kanban,TPM,CI is being followed on the shop floor
j) Set the targets for subordinates,cascading through the company''s & Department''s targets.
k) Review the performance of the subordinates through performance appraisals
l) Assess the skill levels of the subordinates & identify the trainig needs
