Products Handled : PE and PVC Pipe, Pipe fittings, molded houseware products

The various responsibilities included:
§ Heading the Marketing and sales of various products of the company,
supervising a sales force of 18 persons
§ Looking after the allocation of publicity and advertising budgets and distribution
of various products to dealers
§ Educate marketing and sales team with latest techniques in marketing,
especially tailor-made for the Ugandan market.
§ Heading product certification scheme for uPVC, HDPE & PP-R pipes.
§ Co-ordinate with media and event managers for promotional activities of the
products of the company
§ Networking with Donors, NGO’s, Consultants and Contractors to negotiate and
finalize water projects, including preparing Tender/Bid proposals.
§ Responsible for establishing, documentation, implementation and maintenance
of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2000 as Quality Coordinator
