The Key Deliverables:
Processing of RFQ’s and customer interaction both technical and commercial aspects.
Assist the sales team in identifying cross selling opportunities within existing customers so as to increase penetration and gain a larger share of the spend
Set up and maintain an effective MIS for intelligence on the competitive landscape, new opportunities, industry analysis and industry trends
Analyse the intelligence gathered and convert them into actionable short term and long term planning needs and countermeasures
Identify Customer’s part specific quality system requirements (QSR).
Understanding the part requirement (Fitment, Critical Dimension, Testing requirements, Further Assembly)
Manufacturing Feasibility Review with customer.

Before cost Negotiation with supplier, preparing the Cost Estimation for Component & Tooling price to meet organization profitability with respect to customer price quoted to achieve profitability.
Coordinating with customer in obtaining LOI / Purchase Order
Interaction with company’s legal department & customer for handling NDA’s, RFI’s & agreements
Initiating the mould development plans.
Coordination with CFT team members for the fulfillment of all APQP & PAP requirements (ISO TS: 16949 requirements).
Preparing project time line, project cost estimation and mass production detailed presentation for management review. Weekly review of APQP status report and timing plan
