Mistake proofing for Customer complaint .
There was severe customer complaint that both insert are negative in Lid, Requirement is one insert negative & other insert positive. We have made poka yoke to eliminate customer complaint, Modify bush with spring in it, when negative insert put in the positive bush, Negative insert will thrown away from mould.
Reduce Tag making time from 1 hour to 15 Min.  
I have made software in Microsoft excel . In this software by clicking on required tag name 
that particular tag sheet will open. Enter challan no, date, qty in one column, same data will 
change in each tag present in same sheet.
