Job Profile:
Responsible for output of Injection molding machine as per plan for an unit assigned.
Raw Material Planning against Production Planning on daily basis
Making reports for monthly review meeting
Responsible for customer’s quality and delivery requirements..
Responsible for implementation of Process standardization and analyzing the root cause of any technical issue encountered during the process and eliminating the same.
Responsible for planning all shift activities of sub ordinates in order to achieve the production target efficiently.
Planning and implementation of Effective Mold change Activities.
Responsible for ensuring consistency in maintaining 5S.
Responsible for achieving OEE (for M/c utilization, efficiency and rejection rate).
Responsible for analyzing and reducing the rejection rate using various rejection detection tools such as SPC measures, Pareto diagram, 5Y, Cause and Effect Diagram, etc. and taking necessary corrective action and preventive action.
Initiate necessary action for conducting trails on tools, equipment and developments.
Responsible for creating awareness in Quality and provide training on safety requirement to the employees.
Preparation and implementation of On-Job-Training to employees as and when required.
