Responsible for Material Design and Testing of Automotive components like brake hoses, seals, brake chamber diaphragms, metal to rubber components, bellows etc.
Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the New Projects
Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements and facilitating the internal departments for developing technical facilities.
Reviewing existing compounds and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency and achieving maximum cost savings with due consideration to any bottle-necks.
Design of all Rubber and reinforcement materials, bonding process involved in New Product Development. (NPD)
Implement and present various projects to the top management on cost reduction/ wastage elimination/ value engineering/ quality improvement / 5S improvement through SIT & CFT
