Job Profile:
Overseeing operations of flexible hose manufacturing machines like Mandrel Batching, Extrusion (rubber and plastic), Magnatech (RB2) and Mayer Braiding m/c, 4& 6 deck Spiral Braiding m/c, Magnatech Bobbin Winder, Magnatech and Penguin Wrapping m/c, Vulcanizer, Mandrel Extraction and Mandrel Manufacturing.
Managing production of hydraulic, spiral Hoses in Hose mfg. dept. with 70 operators.
Maintain Production of hoses from 30,000 to 35,000 mtr. Per day by developing the machine which also increased machine usage.
Ensuring maintenance of proper working condition, housekeeping, discipline and safety at the workstation.
Coordinating with production/QC/R&D for developing the chain of task in the mfg. process of new parts & generating samples.
