Ensure Renewal of Licenses under Factories Act, correspondence records & further occasional queries pertaining to these records. Ensure Filing of Annual & Half year
Returns under Factories Act, 1948. Ensure EPF withdrawals, transfers, advances, death claims, pension claims.
Close interaction and meeting with Vendors/Managers on a regular basis
Maintaining Monthly Headcount, New Joiners and Attrition Report.
ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaison with govt. bodies related, Police, Fire, Pollution, etc. local administration has to be

Vehicle’s management (Bus service and Ambulance)
Ensure Payment of various bills: Bills of Electricity, Mobiles, Landlines, Internet etc. has to be paid in time. Billing cycles, tentative due date of payments, entitlement etc.
Housekeeping: Ensure Day to day cleaning / dusting of entire office premises, checking of cleanliness of toilets, floors. Ensure training of housekeeping staff by the administrator.
